    Palisades has been toying around with in-house developed properties this year. I recently reviewed the first of these, Crittaz, and now it's time to hit up the second concept - the Freakables.

    These are large PVC's, with a single point of articulation. Each figure has multiple freaky faces, hidden in some way by a 'mask'. Move the mask (with the help of that single point of articulation), and you see the face. Which one do you get? That's the secret - til you open it, you won't know. I have a review of the first six figures (which actually translates into 21 figures if you plan on picking up all the various faces).

    There's also a guest review from regular Lestor Wong, covering Apocalypse from Marvel Legends series 7. This whole ML distribution thing sure has everyone in a lather, but you can't deny what a cool figure old Pocky is. Check them both out at the usual:
